All items are pulled from stock or 3D printed in the order they are received. Processing time varies by product type:

Retail items (dragons, fidgets, décor): typically, 1–3 business days

Custom prints: typically, 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and size of order.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Pre‑Orders or Special Items
