Shipping policy

Processing Times

All items are pulled from stock or 3D printed in the order they are received.  Processing time varies by product type:

  • Retail items (dragons, fidgets, décor): typically, 1–3 business days

  • Custom prints: typically, 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and size of order.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Typical delivery windows:

  • Domestic U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on the best available rate and delivery speed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

We do not markup shipping fees.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Incorrect delivery due to wrong addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Any additional charges imposed by their country

These fees are not included in our shipping rates.


Pre‑Orders or Special Items

If an item is marked as pre‑order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre‑order items will ship once all items are ready.
